A recognised and trusted website has revealed 11 Cumbrian locations have made its annual list of the top 150 UK outstanding campsites for 2026.
The Campsites.co.uk list aims to highlight the best camping, glamping, and touring sites across the UK, chosen using such criteria as: verified guest reviews, performance and engagement metrics, and editorial debate.
The company – which is used by more than 10 million Brits each year – wishes to inspire people to get outdoors more often.
Campsites.co.uk founder Martin Smith said: “It’s a real pleasure to launch our list of outstanding sites for 2026.
